To obtain the Lion's Roar mystic art in Where Winds Meet, you will need to ring a set of four bells across the map of Qinghe. These will be scattered all over the region, but the first two are quite easy to find.

Bell 1

The first bell is located in an extremely familiar location that you will visit during the prologue chapter, Another New Wing in Where Winds Meet. Check the left side inside the courtyard of the General's Shrine to find it. Interact and ring it to progress the bar that will unlock the skill.

Bell 2

Southwest of the General's Shrine, you can find the second bell. It is located atop a small hill. It is likely the area where many of you will come across your very first Meow Meow Puzzle in Where Winds Meet.

Bell 3

Go to the eastern part of Sundara Land to find the Bodhi Fort outpost. From here, keep heading south to find the third bell that you will need to ring. Doing so will bring you one step closer to obtaining the Lion's Roar mystic art.

Bell 4

The last bell can be found near the area where you complete the Gleaming Abyss campaign and fight the Void King. Take the Courier Post waystone in the Witherwilds and head south. You will find the ruins of a temple, and in the courtyard, you will find the fourth bell.
