Prerequisites to get Heavenquaker Spear in Where Winds Meet

If you choose the Sanctum route, you’ll need:

Touch of Death Mystic Arts: required to silently eliminate specific guards. You unlock this by completing The Realm Endures side story.
A Dragon Key, which is consumed upon entering the hidden passage.

With those prepared, you’re ready to infiltrate the Sanctum.

How to unlock Heavenquaker spear in Where Winds Meet through the Sanctum

Travel to the Heavenquaker Spear Sanctum

Head to the northeast side of the map. There are several landmarks you can teleport to if you’ve already explored the region, which makes reaching the Sanctum much quicker.

Interact with the Loong Herm Dragon Pillar at the entrance. This consumes your Dragon Key and reveals the hidden passage leading into the cave system.

Enter the cave and eliminate the first Militiaman

Descend toward the first chamber. You’ll see two Militiamen nearby and a chest on the right.

Ignore the chest for now.
Go left, drop down to the lower ledge, and silently assassinate the Militiaman stationed there.

Clear the next two guards

Two Militiamen are directly ahead.

Wait for the patrolling one to walk right.
Take him down quietly, then eliminate the stationary one afterward.

Head down the stairs and get your first chest

Walk down to the lowest floor.

You’ll see a locked door here, but you’ll access it later.
Continue downward and open the door in front of the ramp to collect Chest #1.

Climb the ladder and grab Chest #2

Exit the room, head to the ladder across the area, and wait for patrolling guards to be out of sight.

Assassinate them one by one.
Chest #2 is hidden in a small alcove on the right past the crates.

Reach the upper floors for Chest #3

Climb the ladder to the next level.

Take out the lone Militiaman behind the crates.
Keep going upward until you reach the chest you spotted when first entering the hideout.
This is Chest #3.

Grab Chest #4 near the statue

Turn around after collecting the previous chest.

You’ll see another chest sitting near a statue in the distance.
Claim Chest #4 before moving on.

Open the locked gate

Return to the area behind the third chest and eliminate the two guards and interact with the lever to unlock the previously sealed gate on the lower floor.

Return to the now-open room for Chest #5

Head back down to the door you saw earlier.

Wait until the Militiamen turn away.
Enter immediately and turn left to access Chest #5.

Descend to find Chest #6

After grabbing the chest, eliminate the nearby two guards.

Look through the lower level for a patrolling Militiaman and assassinate him so you can descend safely.
Stick to the left wall as you move downward.
Here you’ll reach Chest #6.

Clear the return path

To get back up, you need to pass through a room full of static and roaming Militiamen.

Assassinate the two roaming guards first.
Jump over the crates near the right guard and take him out next.
Finally, handle the Militiaman watching the stairs.

Step on the blue circle for Skill Theft

Keep ascending until you find a glowing blue circle on the upper platform. Step on it and perform a Skill Theft on the Master. This grants you the Heavenquaker Spear Martial Art.

The alternative route to get Heavenquaker spear in Where Winds Meet skips the infiltration entirely. If you join the Raging Tides Sect, their internal progression path eventually rewards you with access to the Heavenquaker Spear Martial Art. You’ll simply need to:

Join the Sect
Complete their tasks and requirements

It’s a cleaner route but takes longer if you aren’t aligned with them already.
