How to unlock Ghostlight Market in Where Winds Meet

Ghostlight Market is a hidden underground location in Kaifeng in Where Winds Meet. There are only two ways to enter this area, and those are by either entering the coffin at the Coffin Shop or by doing the Bounty Trouble Jianghu Legacy quest in Qinghe. Ghostlight Market is also a pretty unique location that offers two completely different environments depending on the in-game time.

How to get to Ghostlight Market in Where Winds Meet

Method I

Go to the Coffin Shop

There are two ways to unlock the Ghostlight Market in Where Winds Meet. The first option is to go to the Coffin Shop in the Forsaken Quarter, located southeast of Kaifeng City.

Advance the time to Zi hour

Open the menu and advance the in-game time to Zi Hour.

Enter the coffin

Enter the shop and interact with the coffin to get inside it. This will trigger a short cutscene, and you'll wake up inside the Mask Cave in Ghostlight Market. Next, you can exit the cave and climb down the stairs to see the Boundary Stone and activate it.

During the day, you can find regular NPCs running shops and buying things. However, toxic mist envelops the entire place at night. Furthermore, you can find Spectral Soldiers marching, and it's best not to approach them since they'll start attacking you.

The other way to unlock the Ghostlight Market is to do the Bounty Trouble quest. You can start the mission by talking to the Elder near the Bounty Board in Riverside Station after completing Chapter I of the main quest. During the quest, you'll get kidnapped by Unbound Cavern members and wake up at a teashop in Ghostlight Market. From there, you need to wait for the Spectral Soldier to pass by and take the right turn to reach the Boundary Stone.
