Figuring out how to revive in REPO can be tricky at first, but it’s a core skill every squad should learn early on. The co-op horror game doesn’t make things easy; death comes fast, and reviving your teammates takes more than a quick button press. Developed as a six-player experience where you and your team recover artifacts from haunted sites, REPO demands coordination and composure when things inevitably go wrong.

Steps to revive in REPO

In REPO, players have two options to bring their teammates back. The simple one is automatic: once a round ends, everyone who died is restored for the next expedition. It’s reliable but slow, especially when you’re mid-run and could use that extra pair of hands.

The second method is manual revival, which takes effort, timing, and a bit of courage. When a teammate dies, they don’t just vanish. What’s left behind is their head - a grim memento that REPO fittingly calls the Broken One. To revive your friend, you must first locate their head on the map. It might be near where they fell or somewhere slightly displaced if the chaos of combat scattered it. Once found, interact with it to pick it up and keep it safe.

Next, make your way to the Extraction Point. Think of this as the mission’s heart - a glowing, well-marked location where you deposit your collected artifacts. The same station that extracts your loot also serves as the mechanism for revival. Drop your teammate’s head at this Extraction zone to initiate the process.

But here’s the catch: the Extractor only activates once your team meets its collection quota for the round. So while you’re racing to save your friend, you must also stay focused on gathering enough items to trigger extraction.

When the quota is finally reached, the Extractor spins to life. Clear the area, as this stage can attract unwanted attention from nearby entities. Once the sequence is completed, your teammate is revived - though not in perfect shape. They’ll return with just 1 HP, barely hanging on. Luckily, the ship acts as a healing zone. Escort your revived teammate there, and their health will gradually regenerate to around 25 HP, giving them enough strength to rejoin the mission.
