Bell of Demoncalm in Where Winds Meet is located in Moonveil Mountain. Finding the tower is part of the challenge, especially given the steep climb and the enemies along the path. Here are the steps:

1) Reach Moonveil Mountain

Start by heading south from Blissful Retreat. Follow the slope until you reach a camp occupied by enemies. Clear them out to continue safely.

2) Follow the climbing path

After the camp, climb the winding road until you reach a Waystone. This teleporter leads you directly to the Peace Bell Tower’s entrance. Here, speak to the bellwright, who explains how the tower was damaged during a battle between two martial artists.

3) Begin the tower climb

Do not climb the tower until you have the Bronze Bell Fragment, as many areas remain locked. Once you’re ready:

• Go back to the tower entrance.
• Move to the left side to find a scaffolding.
• Climb up, then enter the breach in the outer wall.
• Head inside and ascend the internal stairs.
• Exit through the broken window where debris marks the site of the duel.
• Look for a grappling point and press G to climb.

On the roof:

• Move right
• Follow wooden planks acting as makeshift bridges
• Climb the next set of stairs
• Exit through another window

Repairing the bell revolves entirely around obtaining one key item: the Bronze Bell Fragment. Here are the steps to follow:

1) Complete The Music of Yongping

This is the final unlock in the Melodies of Peace feature. To access it, you must finish all Harmony nodes, which means gathering all collectibles in the Qinghe region. The Melodies of Peace essentially convert Oddities and collectibles into stat bonuses, unlocks, and, in this case, the important quest item required for the Bell Tower.

Finishing The Music of Yongping is the requirement that unlocks the Bronze Bell Fragment at Qi Sheng’s stall.

2) Buy the Bronze Bell Fragment from Qi Sheng

Once you complete the final Melodies of Peace unlock, head to Qi Sheng.

• Interact with the stall
• Press E to search the table
• Manually pick up the Bronze Bell Fragment

You need to physically take it from the table after unlocking it.

3) Return to Moonveil Mountain

Now that you have the fragment, head back to the Bell Tower. The fastest way is to use the teleport point located near the tower’s entrance. Talk to the bellwright again, then climb up the tower to reach the Bell of Demoncalm in Where Winds Meet and repair it.

Once repaired, you’ll be able to ring it and activate the World Boss weakening effect for the entire region.
