1) Raid Outposts
Outposts are enemy bases that you can find throughout the map. It is typically indicated by a brown watchtower icon on your map, and based on its size, it will be full of a handful of enemies or a big army with a strong leader. You can challenge these outposts daily, but only completing them for the first time will give you Constitution as a reward.

2) Jogging
