1) Raid Outposts

Outposts are enemy bases that you can find throughout the map. It is typically indicated by a brown watchtower icon on your map, and based on its size, it will be full of a handful of enemies or a big army with a strong leader. You can challenge these outposts daily, but only completing them for the first time will give you Constitution as a reward.

2) Jogging

The Well of Heaven sect in Where Winds Meet can be found across the land. Typically, you will notice them running in a group, wearing very less clothes. You can interact with these groups to join their running exercise and complete various tasks and objectives.
