The Moonveil Mountain Tower in Where Winds Meet is a location in Qinghe. You will visit this area at the end of the Cries in the Distance world quest, and can opt to climb the tall pagoda. Once you reach the topmost point, you will unlock the Horizon Seeker achievement.

How to climb the Moonveil Mountain Tower in Where Winds Meet

Climbing the Moonveil Mountain Tower is not as easy as you might think. But if you are a collector of trophies, you might want to do so to get the Horizon Seeker achievement in Where Winds Meet. Here is how you can climb the tower.

Take the Moonveil Peak courier post, which is located to the southwest of the region's Wayfarer in Where Winds Meet. Once there, head to the left side of the tower to find some ramparts. Climb these to gain entry to the first floor of the tower. Collect the nearby chest before heading in.

Get to the next floor, and you will find a broken wall that will lead you outside. Go to your right, and you will find a prompt to jump to the next floor. Head inside and carefully jump to your right. Stick to the wall to get to the chest, and return to the start. From here, make your way to the stairs above and exit the temple via the right side gate.

Look to your left, and you will get the prompt to jump and move to the upper floor. Double jump to get to the rooms above you, where you can find another chest, as well as the Bell of Demoncalm that you can repair. Head out and navigate your way through the balcony till you find a ramp.

Stand at the edge and double jump to get to the floor above you. Press the interact button again when the prompt appears, and you will find yourself at the roof of the Shrine. The achievement, Horizon Seeker, should unlock, and if it doesn't, move around the roof for a bit.
