Inner Ways manuals are found via many means in Where Winds Meet. In comparison, tracking Morale Chant down is easy, as this one is purchasable from a vendor. After reaching Blissful Retreat in Qinghe during the early hours of the game, approach the nearby Weiyang Merchant vendor, which can be seen on the map.

This is Tang Bao, and talking to him reveals the wares he has on sale. The first among these is the Morale Chant. There are 10 pages, each costing 500 Echo Jades, which are one of the main currencies in Where Winds Meet, for a total of 5,000 Echo Jades.

All pages must be purchased in order for the skill behind the scroll to be used. Once all are obtained, the Inner Ways manual can be comprehended to learn the ability. Once unlocked, it can be equipped via the Inner Ways menu.

The skill description reads as follows:

• 80% chance to gain one stack of Yi River when attacking or healing: Increases Physical Damage and healing by 1% for 8 seconds, stacking up to 5 times. Each tick can be triggered once every 2 seconds.

This damage and healing buff is easy to trigger, making Morale Chant one of the best Inner Ways abilities in the game. That said, it will be a while before players will have enough money to buy it. Where Winds Meet does dish out Echo Jades for exploration, side activities, main quests, and more, but in small quantities.

4	Increases the chance to apply Yi River to 100% and its duration to 12 seconds.
5	Increases Direct Critical Rate by 4.6%
6	At max stacks, Yi River additionally attacks or heals the target once (twice when the target is under control). This effect can only trigger once every 10 seconds.
