You should avoid shooting first and try to indulge in PvE tasks. He explained that players who remain cooperative and maintain synergy with randoms in matches have a higher chance of getting lobbies with friendly players.

On the other hand, players who take the aggressive approach and engage in counters with other Raiders eventually end up in aggressive lobbies. This feature was also highlighted by Embark Studios art director Rober Sammelin in an interview with PC Gamer. The developer explained that the game analyzes player behavior and matches them accordingly.

Players interested in joining the friendly lobbies in ARC Raiders should start with the Solo matchmaking. Compared to trios, the possibility of getting friendlies is high during a solo run, as other players are looking to defeat PvE enemies.
