Focus on dodging and blocking
The Lord of Night (Mohg) can perform a wide range of attacks that include slashing and thrusting with its trident. Each time it is about to do that, its weapon glows red as it gets imbued with bloodflame. By observing the infusion and the movement of the trident, you can easily avoid damage.
Be wary of Blood Loss

Mohg is capable of inflicting you and your teammates with the Blood Loss status effect, which continuously depletes health, via some of his attacks. This is especially true for the Bloodboon Ritual move, which compulsorily applies it to all players once the enemy's HP drops to 50%. It is important to equip relics that counter this effect, or use Healing Flasks to avoid being knocked out.
Avoid touching the bloodflame
Lord of Blood is also capable of attacking you with bloodflame. It can either rain it down, splash it on you, or even hurl it. You must sidestep it to avoid damage.
Moreover, once the bloodflame touches the ground, it burns at the location for a few seconds. So you must avoid movement in the burning part of the arena as well.
Use bloodflame spears to avoid damage

During one of its moves, Lord of Night (Mohg) hurls several bloodflame spears across the battlefield. This precedes an all-powerful attack, so you must break the spears by hitting them and then stand at their locations to avoid damage.
That's all there is to beating Lord of Blood (Mohg) in Elden Ring Nightreign. Simply chip away at its health while surviving its volley of attacks.
