Location of the Ghost Master in Where Winds Meet

The Ghost Master can be found in the Mistveil Forest region in Kaifeng, south of the Aureate Pavilion Outpost. Make sure to complete The Ephimeral Blight quest to remove the debuff from the region. Until and unless you complete the quest, you will be unable to access the entire area, and if you enter, you will receive status effect damage.

How to defeat the Ghost Master boss in Where Winds Meet

Here are a few key attacks of the ghost master that you should look out for:

Phase 1

• Parry the Umbrellas that the boss will throw at you. Sometimes, she will spawn a total of 8 and toss them at you in rapid succession. Parrying all of them allows you to stagger her quickly
• When the boss fades out, get ready to parry. This will trigger a counterattack and will deplete the Qi Bar easily.

Phase 2

• The boss will start the phase by summoning three ghosts. Use Ghost Bind to stun them and quickly finish them up.
• Keep an eye on the meter that will slowly fill up. Once it is full, you will be stunned by the Possess debuff. Any attack from the Ghost Master in Where Winds Meet will considerably fill up this bar.
• Jump to avoid the falling spider lilies' attack.
