Once you have survived the first two nights, you can finally partake in the Dreglord fight, which is divided into two parts. During the first phase, you fight off against the Traitorous Straghess, whereas the second phase involves you fighting the revived Pure Impulse Straghess.
Traitorous Straghess

Traitorous Straghess is quite agile in Elden Ring Nightreign's Forsaken Hollow DLC, and you must be wary of the direction of its attack the whole time to properly dodge it. It can perform a variety of moves, such as quick swipes with its hand and staff slams, where the monster slams its scythe on the target's location. By being aware of where this attack is poised to land, you can roll away to evade it.
The Dreglord also performs a five-hit combo at times, where it relies on quick swipes and slashes to deal damage. However, it gets immobilized for a little bit after the attack chain, giving you an opening to attack the monster.
Apart from these moves, the Traitorous Straghess can also create a sphere of flesh and throw it toward you to deal damage, summon corpses to attack you, and afflict you with Scarlet Rot.
Pure Impulse Straghess

Upon defeating the Dreglord the first time, it will then revive again as the Pure Impulse Straghess. In this form, its agility gets increased even more. Additionally, it gets access to some even powerful moves with a wide AoE, such as exploding flesh and the ability to create fissures on the ground, dealing damage to everything along the way.
Similar to the first phase, the strategy is to be mindful of where the attacks will land and roll away in the opposite direction. By slowly chipping away at the Nightlord's health while preserving your own, you will eventually emerge as the victor in the Dreglord expedition.
