Destroy a Hornet with a Trigger Nade or Snap Blast Grenade

How to get Trigger or Snap Blast Grenade

You can either craft, loot, or purchase both grenades and add them to your inventory. You can craft a Snap Blast Grenade in the workshop using 2x Crude Explosives and 1x Magnet. For the Trigger Nade, you’ll need 2x Crude Explosives and 1x Processor. If you don’t have the required items, you can search for the grenades on any map, especially in high-tier loot areas.

However, the easiest way to get this equipment is by purchasing it from Apollo. To do so, go to the Traders tab and select Apollo. From there, you can buy the Snap Blast Grenade for 1,920 coins. It’s recommended to purchase at least three to four grenades, so even if you miss a few throws, you’ll still have some left.

How to destroy a Hornet

You can find Hornets on every map, roaming almost every area. The best approach is to choose an area where you can spot a single Hornet, as triggering a bunch of them together would make the quest harder. Look for a place with cover such as rocks or buildings. When you see a Hornet, simply hit it once.

This will trigger the Arc, and it will soon approach you. At that time, hit it again to make it vulnerable. When it begins firing at you, quickly take cover and wait for the right moment to throw the grenade. There will be a short window when it stops firing and starts searching for you again. At that moment, throw the grenade to destroy it. If you miss, try again with another grenade.

Once you complete the task, a checkmark will appear indicating the objective is done. After that, head to the nearest extraction point to conclude the mission. Make sure you take a heavy ammo weapon and a few medical items before entering the map. This will help you recover your health quickly, and if more ARC enemies show up, you can easily shoot them down.
