Objectives

The Needle in a Haystack quest in Escape from Tarkov is quite straightforward but lengthy. You need to complete the following objectives to finish the mission:

• Scout the courtyard park in front of the Terragroup HQ on Ground Zero.
• Scout the kart track on Interchange.
• Scout the children’s playground on Interchange.
• Scout the children’s playground near Concordia on Streets of Tarkov.
• Scout the construction site near the coast on Shoreline.
• Scout the children’s playground near the Heath Resort’s East Wing on Shoreline.

As the objective suggests, the courtyard park on Ground Zero is located in front of the Terragroup HQ. The building is located in the north-eastern part of the map. Moreover, the HQ is exceptionally easy to distinguish as you can see the Terragroup Logo on it.

Move around the courtyard for a while until the objective completion pop-up appears. When it does, you can safely extract from Ground Zero.

When you spawn on Interchange, head to the northern part of the mall. That particular area of the ULTRA mall is known as IDEA. In front of the north-western entrance, you will see the Kart track. Walk near the area to finish the objective and head inside the IDEA store area.

From the IDEA entrance, go up the stairs and turn right. After walking for a bit, you’ll see the children’s playground. Going close to the area will mark the objective as completed. Now, all you have to do is extract from the raid and move onto the next map, Streets of Tarkov.

Since Streets of Tarkov is congested with buildings, it might be a little hard to navigate around the map. Head to the south-western part of the area where the Concordia buildings are located. Between the aforementioned area and the construction site, you will find a children’s playground with a basketball court.

When you are on Shoreline, head towards the south-eastern coast side. There, you will see the construction site with blue fences. Once you have finished the objective, move to the Health Resort. On the north-eastern part of the building, you will see a small children’s playground. Same as previous ones, walk near the area to finish the Needle in a Haystack quest in Escape from Tarkov.
