Honkai Star Rail The Dahlia banner: 4-stars and Light Cones

HoYoverse has finally revealed The Dahlia’s banner schedule in Honkai Star Rail version 3.8. She will be released alongside the upcoming update on December 17, 2025. The Dahlia follows the Nihility Path and wields the Fire Element. While the character’s banner is active, players can also obtain her signature Light Cones from its respective Warp event.

The Dahlia is a part of the Ever-Flame Mansion, which was revealed right before Penacony debuted. Now that she is finally releasing as a playable unit, players are quite excited for her.

The Dahlia’s banner will be accompanied by a rerun character, Firefly. Besides that, all banners in the first phase will feature identical 4-star units and LCs.

Here are the characters that every Trailblazer can obtain during the first half of Honkai Star Rail 3.8:

• The Dahlia: 5-star - Fire Element, Nihility Path
• Firefly: 5-star - Fire Element, Destruction Path
• Gallagher: 4-star - Fire Element, Abundance Path
• Luka: 4-star - Physical Element, Nihility Path
• March 7th: 4-star - Ice Element, Preservation Path

Light Cones

Alongside the characters, several Light Cones will be available during the first phase of HSR version 3.8. The Dahlia’s signature LC, Never Forget Her Flame, will be featured in its respective banner. Moreover, the rerun Light Cone will be available in a separate Warp event.

Besides the new and rerun 5-star LCs, three 4-stars will be obtainable from every banner. This means that there is a high chance of players getting the drop-rate boosted Light Cones than the rest.
