Honkai Star Rail 3.7 second phase banners: Who should you pull for?

The Honkai Star Rail 3.7 second phase characters are now out. With that, Trailblazers can roll Phainon, Cipher, and Mydei using Stellar Jade or Star Rail Special Passes. Although all three rerun units are pull-worthy, players have limited resources. Hence, they must choose one or two over the others depending on what benefits their account.

As mentioned, the second phase of Honkai Star Rail 3.7 features three rerun units. Since they are showcased in one banner, you have to select which character you want to get before pulling.

• Phainon: Destruction, Physical
• Cipher: Nihility, Quantum
• Mydei: Destruction, Imaginary

Who should you pull during Honkai Star Rail 3.7 second half?

During the second phase of Honkai Star Rail version 3.7, you should be getting Phainon. After his debut in this turn-based gacha title, he is one of the best meta-defining DPS characters. The Chrysos Heir is exceptionally powerful and can be used in most endgame activities, such as Memory of Chaos and Apocalyptic Shadow. Moreover, his kit is unique as his ultimate allows him to enter a different territory.

When Phainon is in his ultimate territory, he can deal a significant amount of Physical damage. Additionally, all enemies will become weak to the aforementioned element, increasing the effectiveness of his attacks. If you have Cyrene but don’t have her premium team, then pulling for Phainon can be beneficial for your account.

On the other hand, both Mydei and Cipher are decent characters. However, the latter proves to be more effective in most situations due to her ability to deal damage and reduce the adversaries’ DEF. Mydei can deal a decent amount of damage while being immune to CC debuffs. Hence, depending on what you need, you should pull the character that benefits your account the most.
