As mentioned, the Honkai Star Rail 3.7 second half will debut on November 26, 2025. Although the release date is identical, the times aren't due to different time zones. Hence, Trailblazers in dissimilar regions, Europe, America, and Asia won’t get to pull the phase two characters at the same time.

Here’s when the Honkai Star Rail 3.7 second half will be released in every major region:

Asia

As usual, the HSR version 3.7 second phase will become available on Asian servers first on November 26, 2025, at 12 pm (server time).

Europe

The European servers are the second ones to feature version 3.7’s phase two banners and content. It will go live on November 26, 2025, at 12 pm (server time).

America

Lastly, the second phase of Honkai Star Rail version 3.7 will commence on November 26, 2025, at 12 pm (server time) on American servers.

Three rerun units from Amphoreus, Mydei, Cipher, and Phainon will be available during the second half of version 3.7. Besides them, three 4-stars will also be featured in the character banner:

• 5-stars: Phainon (Physical, Destruction Path), Cipher (Quantum, Nihility Path), and Mydei (Imaginary, Destruction Path)
• 4-stars: Moze (Lightning, The Hunt Path), Lynx (Quantum, Abundance Path), and Pela (Ice, Nihility Path)

As usual, the signature Light Cones of the aforementioned 5-star characters will also be featured in their respective gacha banner. Here’s every LC that Trailblazers can get during the second half of HSR 3.7:

• 5-stars: Thus Burns the Dawn (Destruction Path), Lies Dance on the Breeze (Nihility Path), and Flame of Blood, Blaze My Path (Destruction Path)
• 4-stars: Concert for Two (Preservation Path), The Story’s Next Page (Remembrance Path), and Boundless Choreo (Nihility Path)
