When will Hell Let Loose Vietnam release?
Hell Let Loose Vietnam is slated to release in 2026. The developers or publishers have not yet confirmed the exact release date for the upcoming large-scale shooter title. Fortunately, there are a few gameplay trailers to help fans take a look at the intensity and visuals of the title. Similarly, there is no price tag on the title as of now, but it may be announced closer to the game’s release date.
Hell Let Loose Vietnam maps, weapons, and game modes
According to the description of Hell Let Loose Vietnam on Steam, fans will be able to experience a large-scale online multiplayer battle on a total of 6 massive maps. These maps seem to be created around varying terrain of tropical regions featuring dense forest regions, some open grounds, mountains, narrow rivers, and barren paths that lead to the game objectives.
There seems to be only a single 50v50 game mode for this game to simulate a massive war-like experience over different maps. However, fans can also play in other modes like Offensive, Warfare, and 4 more playlist options.
Expression Games and Team17 have announced their collaboration with the Royal Armouries to create an authentic weapon experience. This would include replication of the weapon’s looks, audio, and even certain animations like reloads. Since it is a multiplayer game, Hell Let Loose Vietnam will likely receive regular updates with new weapons to expand its deadly arsenal.
What are the character choices in Hell Let Loose Vietnam?
Players can choose to fight for one of the two teams for each map. You can participate in the war as a part of the North Vietnamese Army or the US Armed Forces. Both of these will likely only be used as two different teams, with some potential differences in the weapons and uniforms of the characters.
There will be a total of 19 specialized roles in the game that you can choose from. Each side, as mentioned earlier, would contain 50 players. Each team will also be made up of different squads, with some taking the fight on the frontlines and some carrying out support roles from the back.
Here are some of the squad options that you will be able to choose from in Hell Let Loose Vietnam:
- Command: Commander
- Infantry: Anti-Tank, Engineer, Officer, Rifleman, Assault, Medic, Support, Machine Gunner
- Recon: Sniper, Spotter
- Armour: Tank Commander, Crewman
- Mortal: Spotter, Gunner, Support
- Helicopter: Pilot, Crewman, Gunner (limited to only the US side)

The game would also feature vehicles like Patrol Boats alongside Helicopters and more to enable quick rotations around the map.
The game also seems to have a hierarchy system where commands would be given to the team throughout the match. This could be a nice feature as it would streamline alot of the fights and potentially create team-based efforts to capture or defend objectives on the maps.
Hell Let Loose Vietnam supported platforms
Hell Let Loose Vietnam is scheduled to arrive for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam and Epic Games). The game is also available on all of the platform stores for wishlist. Wishlisting the game would help fans receive important alerts about the game and also notify them when it becomes available for purchase or play.
