As mentioned, HomDGCat has shared the rumored kit for Illuga, including his Normal Attacks, Elemental Skill, Burst, Passive Talents, and Constellations. Based on these leaks, it appears that he buffs the Lunar-Crystallize Reaction DMG of other characters.

Furthermore, it appears that he can also be used as a Geo support unit in Genshin Impact. The leaker claimed that Illuga is a Geo character that uses the Polearm weapon type in combat.

Normal Attack

Elemental Burst

Illuga deals AoE Geo DMG with his Elemental Burst and gains the Haunted Night's Oriole Song effect for 20 seconds. Illuga gains 21 special stacks of Nightingale's Song during this effect. When the Elemental Skill, Burst, Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks of the active party member deal Geo DMG to opponents, he consumes one stack and increases their Geo DMG.

The DMG increase scales off Illuga's EM stats, and the DMG buffs he provides to the Lunar-Crystallize Reaction are higher. Multiple stacks of Nightingale's Song are consumed if Geo DMG is dealt to multiple opponents.

Furthermore, if party members create a Geo construct while Illuga activates his Elemental Burst, or if they generate a summon when the Haunted Night's Oriole Song effect is active, Illuga gains 5 Nightingale's Song stacks for each Construct. He can have up to 15 stacks from Geo Constructs during his Elemental Burst.

After all Nightingale's Song stacks, or when the duration of this state ends, his Haunted Night's Oriole Song effect will end as well.

Passives

• Talent 1: After unleashing his Elemental Skill or Burst, nearby party members gain the Lightkeeper's Oath effect for 20 seconds: the Geo DMG dealt to opponents and the Crit rate is increased by 5%, meanwhile, the Crit DMG is increased by 10%. If he is in the Ascendant Gleam state, and when party members are affected by the Lightkeeper's Oath effect, EM is increased by 50.
• Talent 2: The effects of the Nightingale's Song stacks are increased: When the team has 1/2/3 Hydro or Geo characters, he will increase the DMG of party members by an additional 7%/14%/24% of his EM stats. If the DMG is triggered with the Lunar-Crystallize Reaction, the increase in DMG will be equal to 60%/120%/200% of his EM.
• Talent 3: When he is in the team, the Moonsign of the team will be increased by 1 level.
• Talent 4: During nighttime (18:00-06:00), nearby party members gain the Swift Stride effect, and their Movement SPD is increased by 10%. This effect cannot stack and will not take place in Spiral Abyss, Domains, or Trounce Domains.

Constellations

• C1: When Illuga is on the field, and a Geo Elemental Reaction is triggered, he regains 12 Elemental Energy. This effect can be activated once every 15 seconds.
• C2: When his Haunted Night's Oriole Song effect is active, Illuga will summon a Gale for every 7 Nightingale's Song stacks consumed. Gale will deal one instance of Geo DMG to opponents, and the DMG is scaled off 400% of Illuga's EM and DEF stats.
• C3: The level of his Elemental Burst is increased by three levels.
• C4: When the Haunted Night's Oriole Song effect is active, the DEF of nearby party members will be increased by 200.
• C5: The level of his Elemental Skill is increased by three levels.
• C6: His Lightkeeper's Oath effect generated by his Passive Talent is enhanced. When Geo DMG is dealt to opponents, Crit rate is increased by 10%, and Crit DMG is increased by 30%.
