It appears to be a solid weapon that provides a ton of CRIT DMG bonus, along with a decent amount of HP, energy, and Lunar Reaction CRIT DMG boosts. Furthermore, the materials to level it up have leaked, and some of them can be prefarmed.

Stats and effects

According to the leaks via Hiragara, Columbina's signature weapon in Genshin Impact is a Catalyst called Nocturne of the Hidden Veil. It has the following stats and effects at level 90 R1:

• Base ATK: 542
• Second stat: 88.2% CRIT DMG
• Passive effect: Increases Max HP by 10%. When the wielder triggers a Lunar Reaction or deals Lunar Reaction DMG to enemies, they restore 12 Elemental Energy and gain "Wine of the Bountiful Sea" for 12 seconds. This effect increases Max HP by an additional 14% and CRIT DMG of Lunar Reactions by 60%. The energy restoration can occur once every 18 seconds. The above effects can still be triggered while the wielder is off-field.

The Base ATK of Columbina's signature weapon is pretty low, but that shouldn't be a big issue since it appears that she scales with her Max HP. Meanwhile, the second stat gives a huge CRIT DMG boost, and the passive increases the wielder's Max HP and CRIT DMG of Lunar Reactions.

Here's a list of all the items needed to level up Nocturne of the Hidden Veil, as per the leaks:

• Sundered Glory of the Far-North Scions x 5
• Unyielding Delusion of the Far-North Scions x 14
• Oblation of the Far-North Scions x 14
• Aureate Radiance of the Far-North Scions x 6
• Tattered Warrant x 15
• Immaculate Warrant x 23
• Frost-Etched Warrant x 27
• New enemy drop x 23/27/41

Sundered Glory of the Far-North Scions and its other rarities can be farmed in the Lost Mooncourt domain on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday. Meanwhile, Tarrant Warrant and its high rarities can be obtained by defeating Fatui Oprichniki enemies in Nod-Krai. They can also be purchased from the in-game shop.

You'll need one more material, but it is expected to be a new enemy drop released in version Luna IV.
