Based on these leaks, it seems that she will be an off-field DPS character who buffs the Lunar-Reaction DMG of all party members.

Columbina's rumored kit and constellations in Genshin Impact, based on leaks

As mentioned, X1 and Hiragara have shared the details of Columbina's rumored Normal Attack, Elemental Skill, Burst, Passives, and Constellations. Based on this information, it appears that she can trigger all Lunar Elemental Reactions and also buff their DMG.

The leakers claim that Columbina is a Hydro character that uses the Catalyst weapon type. Furthermore, they have also leaked the details about Columbina's rumored ascension materials.

Normal Attack

Since she is rumored to be a Hydro Catalyst user, Columbina deals Hydro DMG to opponents with her Normal Attacks. Her Plunging Attack also seems to be similar to that of other Catalyst characters in the title.

However, she is rumored to have a special Charged Attack similar to Nefer's special CA in Genshin Impact. When she has Verdant Dew, her Charged Attack is replaced with a stamina-free attack, Moondew Purge, that deals three instances of AoE Lunar-Bloom Reaction DMG.

Elemental Skill

Based on the leaked information, it seems that Columbina's Elemental Skill might be her primary source of damage. After activating her Skill, she deals AoE Hydro DMG and summons a Gravitational Field.

Gravitational Field:

• Follows the active character and periodically deals AoE Hydro DMG.
• After party members trigger Lunar reactions, Columbina gains Newmoon's Omen for two seconds, and she gains 20 Gravity every two seconds.
• Max Gravity that she can hold is 60, and it expires after the duration of the summon ends.
• When Gravity reaches the maximum amount, her Skill triggers a special Tidal Interference effect based on the most accumulated Lunar Reaction type.
• When Lunar-Charged Reaction DMG is most accumulated, she deals AoE Electro DMG that counts as Lunar-Charged DMG.
• When Lunar-Bloom is accumulated, she fires five Moondew Marks at enemies, and the damage dealt is considered as Lunar-Bloom DMG.
• When Lunar-Crystallize accumulates more, she deals AoE Geo DMG that counts as Lunar-Crystallize DMG.

Passive Talents

Here are the details of Columbina's rumored Passive Talents in Genshin Impact:

• Talent 1: When the Tidal Interference effect from Columbina's Elemental Skill is triggered, she gains 5% Crit rate for 10 seconds. She can have up to 3 stacks of this effect.
• Talent 2: When characters are inside the Moonlit Domain, each Lunar Reaction gains a different effect. For Lunar-Charged, the Stormcloud attack interval is decreased by 0.5 seconds. For Lunar-Bloom, she can grant up to three special Verdant Dew stacks. For Lunar-Crystallization, each Lunar Ward in Resonance has a 33% chance to strike again.
• Moonsign's Benediction Talent: When the party triggers Electro-Charged, Bloom, or Hydro Crystallization, the reactions are converted to their Lunar variants. The base Lunar Reaction DMG of the whole party is increased by Columbina's max HP. Every 1000 HP she has gives a 0.2% Lunar Reaction DMG buff, up to a maximum of 7%. When she is in the party, Moonsign level is increased by 1 level.
• Talent 3: When a party member falls in Nod-Krai, Columbina revives the fallen characters and heals them for an amount that scales with her Friendship level. This effect can be triggered once every 100 seconds. Like Lauma, Columbina has a special affinity for small animals affected by Kuuvahki.

Constellations

Based on the leaked information, it seems that Columbina's support capabilities and buffs will increase with her constellations. With that being said, here are the details of Columbina's rumored constellations in Genshin Impact:

• C1 - Casting Columbina's Elemental Skill immediately triggers the Tidal Interference effect, and the special effect from her C1 can occur once every 15 seconds. When the party is in the Ascendant Gleam state, based on the Lunar Reaction type accumulated by her Skill, she grants bonus effects. For Lunar-Charged, restores 6 Energy to the active character. For Lunar-Bloom, increases the Interruption Resistance of the active character for eight seconds. For Lunar-Crystallization, summons a Rainsea Shield (Hydro shield) that scales off her max HP and stays for eight seconds. Furthermore, Lunar Reaction DMG of party members is increased by 3%.
• C2 - Gravity accumulation speed during her Elemental Skill is increased by 34%. When the Tidal Interference effect is triggered, Columbina's max HP is increased by 30% for eight seconds. Based on the dominant Lunar Reaction type, she grants additional effects. For Lunar-Charged, she increases the active characters' ATK by 0.7% of her max HP. For Lunar-Bloom, she increases the active characters' EM by 0.35% of her max HP. For Lunar-Crystallization, she increases the DEF stats of the active character by 0.7% of her max HP. Furthermore, Lunar Reaction DMG of party members is increased by 3%.
• C4 - Columbina restores 4 Energy after the Tidal Interference effect is triggered. She also increases the Lunar Reaction DMG triggered by this effect based on her max HP. Lunar-Charged DMG is increased by 12.5% of her max HP, Lunar-Bloom DMG is increased by 2.5% of her max HP, and Lunar-Crystallization damage is increased by 12.5% of her max HP. The effect from her C4 can be triggered once every 15 seconds. Furthermore, Lunar Reaction DMG of party members is increased by 3%.
• C6 - Inside the Moonlit Domain, after triggering a Lunar Reaction, she increases the Crit DMG of the corresponding Elemental DMG of all party members by 80% for eight seconds. Effects of the same element cannot stack. Furthermore, Lunar Reaction DMG of party members is increased by 5%.
