Varunada Lazurite Sliver and its higher rarities are required to level up Hydro characters. These can be farmed by defeating the following bosses:

Frostnight Herra
Hydro Tulpa
Hydro Hypostasis
Rhodeia of Loch
Childe
All-Devouring Narwhal

While several enemies can drop Varunada Lazurite, you should be able to obtain them automatically when fighting Frostnight Herra for Radiant Antler.

Teachings of Moonlight and its higher rarities can be farmed in the Lightless Capital domain on Monday, Thursday, and Sunday.

Slime Condensate, Secretions, and Concentrate

Slime materials can be obtained by defeating any type of Slime enemies. Additionally, the materials can be purchased in the Starglitter shop.

For Crown of Insight, you can complete the flagship events in each update or obtain them from the offering systems. Lastly, the weekly boss and local specialty items will be available in version Luna IV.
