If you’re serious about building a world-class squad in EA FC 26 Career Mode, then your Youth Academy is going to be one of your biggest weapons. The right scouting strategy can help you discover hidden gems, future Ballon d’Or contenders, and club legends before anyone else does.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve tested countless scouting regions, and some countries do produce better talents than others. If you want to get the next footballing superstars from your academy, here’s exactly where you should send your scouts.

Best countries to scout for Youth Academy in EA FC 26 Career Mode

Below are the best regions to scout based on the type of players you want to develop.

Argentina

If you’re aiming to find elite forwards or attacking midfielders, Argentina is your goldmine. This is the best country to acquire tricky forwards or creative attacking midfielders like Messi or Maradona. I always send at least one scout here when I’m building a top-tier attacking lineup.

Brazil

Brazil is perfect if you want technical forwards with natural flair. You’ll pull dribblers who can glide past defenders, create chances, and have the potential to be the future Samba stars like Ronaldinho or Neymar Jr. This is the type of player you would want to lead your counter-attacks or skill-driven gameplay.

Spain

When you want creative midfield engines, Spain never disappoints. You’ll find midfielders with vision, great passing, and top-tier ball control, which is perfect if you prefer playing a tiki-taka or possession-heavy tactic.

Italy

Italy is your go-to for strong, reliable defenders. You’ll get tough, disciplined players built for tactical structure and defensive stability. Moreover, it is also a great region to get the next Italian goalkeeping superstar like Gianluigi Buffon.

Germany

Germany has always produced elite goalkeepers, whether it's in the real or virtual world. You must send a youth academy scout here to get a world-class goalkeeper who has the potential to become like Oliver Kahn, Manuel Neuer, and Marc-André ter Stegen in EA FC 26 Career Mode.

England

England offers a balanced pool, where you can get players across all the positions. But I highly recommend focusing on getting strikers and midfielders from this region. If you want a hardworking, relentless midfielder or a prolific goalscorer, then send a scout here as soon as possible.

Scandinavian countries (Denmark, Norway, or Sweden)

These countries are perfect for physically strong, tall defenders. You’ll often find center-backs and full-backs who have great potential to be a solid defensive force, excelling at aerial and strength dominance.

Ivory Coast

This African region is where I always send scouts to get a powerhouse defender or a physical CDM. Ivorian youth talent has never failed to disappoint when they have to bully the opposition’s attackers or be a destructive force in the midfield battles.

Asian countries (India, Japan, or Korea)

Great regions for acquiring technical wingers, who are agile, have sharp dribbling abilities, and have a high work rate. They often lack physicality, but have quality Pace dribbling for fast-paced wing play and build-up football.
