With Honkai Star Rail version 3.7’s release, players can now access Cyrene’s banner. Although she is one of the most anticipated characters, her kit is underwhelming. Since her Warp event will be available throughout the patch, players can consider pulling her Eidolons or Light Cone or both, depending on their Special Pass supply. Those who don't have extra Jades to spare should get the potent one.

Once activated, Cyrene’s E1 in Honkai Star Rail can grant the following effect:

  • When Cyrene’s memosprite triggers Skill while using the offensive ability, “Minuet of Blooms and Plumes,” she receives six Recollection points. Additionally, this attack will bounce off the enemies more than usual.

Since Cyrene requires a hefty number of Recollection points to trigger her Ultimate, this Eidolon gives her a head start after she uses the ability once. Moreover, the extra damage is quite helpful in most endgame activities as they feature enemies with abnormally large HP pools.

The Recollection point generation does not have any limit. Additionally, it can be triggered at any moment as long as you meet the requirement, which allows Cyrene to get her Ultimate back faster.

While Cyrene’s signature Light Cone is a strong item, you can easily replace it with the Herta Store LC, Memory’s Curtain Never Falls. Although this free-to-play item doesn't grant her identical SPD buff, it enhances her allies' damage. Moreover, if you are missing some, you can easily get Relic pieces with the aforementioned stat to reach the speed breakpoint. Hence, you don't need to pull her S1 over E1 in Honkai Star Rail.

Additionally, if you have Jades to spare, you can pull Cyrene’s E2 or even her signature Light Cone. However, it is recommended to get her first Eidolon only if you wish to spend some extra Special Passes.
