The Inkwell Fan is the evil twin of Panacea Fan. Not only does it deal good damage, but it can also keep enemies away. When fighting, it conjures a protective barrier that enemies and their attacks cannot pass through. It’s a hybrid Martial Art that works well in close range and can deal damage from distance, and synergizes best with the Umbrella in Where Winds Meet.
