ARC Raiders Expedition Project: All buffs and rewards explained

ARC Raiders Expedition Project has encountered an unexpected delay. Due to this reason, the departure window is now set to open on December 17, 2025. The Raiders have six days (until December 22, 2025) to decide whether they want to send their current character beyond the horizons of the Rust Belt Ridge. There are several benefits to be obtained from this project, as players can restart their journey in Speranza with bonuses to back them up.

This article sheds light on all the buffs and rewards that you can obtain from the ARC Raiders Expedition Project.

ARC Raiders Expedition Project: Skill points and permanent unlocks

When a Raider decides to leave Speranza for good, they can essentially cash in all their stash items so that the new character can start their journey with additional bonuses.

Bonus skill points

Players can acquire one skill point for one million coins worth of stash value. This means that a net inventory worth of three million will reward you with three additional skill points. Do note that the maximum number of skill points you can obtain this way is limited to five.

All permanent unlocks

Here are all the permanent unlocks you will receive upon sending a Raider on an expedition:

The Patchwork Raider outfit
Scrappy Janitor Cap
Expeditions Indicator icon
Skill points (according to your stash value)
Extra 12 Stash space

These buffs are permanent, and they will not expire if you decide not to participate in future expeditions.

Temporary buffs from ARC Raiders Expedition Project

Other than the permanent bonuses, there are a few buffs that only remain active until the next Expedition project. To continue benefiting from these boosts, players must send their characters out on subsequent expeditions.

Here are the temporary buffs you obtain:

10% repair buff
5% xp boost
6% more materials from Scrappy

Do note that these temporary boosts can stack and increase in power when you send characters out on subsequent expeditions. This can happen for a total of three future projects.

Additional information regarding the Expedition Project and caravans

Since skill point bonuses will be awarded based on stash value, Raiders should not stop scavenging materials from the topside maps. Make sure you can fill up your stash by the time the expedition window ends.

Additionally, players who are unable to depart during this ARC Raiders Expedition Project, but contributed resources to build a caravan, will have their progress preserved. This ensures that you can resume building at your leisure.
