All sick snail locations in Infinity Nikki

While exploring the new region of Itzaland, players can find plenty of sick snails throughout the areas of Elderwood Forest and Spira. These snails need to be cured using a special item called 'Snailcure', and doing so will reward you with Sparkling Shell Crystals, which are a rare crafting material introduced in Infinity Nikki 2.0.

Infinity Nikki: Locations of all sick snails in Itzaland

As mentioned, all sick snails need to be cured using Snailcure, which can be bought from Nibble Nibble Snail Foods (located in Spira 1F) and Chomp Chomp Snail Foods (situated right next to the Giant Spear Station Warp Spire in Elderwood Forest).

After having bought the Snailcure, you must approach and feed the Snailcure to the sick snails to nurse them back to health.

Here are the locations of all the sick snails in Itzaland:

The first sick snail can be found near the Chomp Chomp Snail Foods shop. Teleport to the Giant Spear Station Warp Spire in Elderwood Forest, then head northeast to locate the sick snail inside a shed.

The next sick snail is located at the Snail Ranch in Elderwood Forest. Teleport to the Snail Clinic Warp Spire, and head straight west to find the sick snail.

The third sick snail can also be found at The Snail Ranch. From the previous location, walk a short distance west to locate this sick snail.

Sick snails #4-5

The next two sick snails can be found at The Snail Ranch, in close proximity to each other. Teleport back to the Snail Clinic Warp Spire, and follow the circular path heading north to reach the other side of the main shed, where you will find the fourth and fifth sick snails.

You can find the sixth sick snail on the first floor of Spira. Teleport to the Hero's Square Warp Spire located on Spira 1F, and head southwest to reach its location.

The next sick snail is somewhat hidden behind the Doodle Wall on the third floor of Spira. Teleport to the Shroomling Wall Warp Spire on Spira 3F, head north, and walk behind the Doodle Wall to locate the sick snail.

How to feed and cure the sick snails

After buying Snailcure, equip it on your quick-slot bar, so you can quickly access it without having to open your inventory. Then, simply press the Z key (for PC users) to hold the Snailcure in your hand. Walk up to the sick snail, and click on the "Feed" button to feed the Snailcure to the sick snail and heal it.
