All Genshin Impact Mondstadt character buffs in Luna III update 

HoYoverse has recently announced new Hexerei buffs for some Mondstadt characters during the Genshin Impact Luna III special program. Some old characters, such as Venti, Razor, Mona, Albedo, Klee, Fischl, and Sucrose, will receive a new Hexerei affiliation in the Luna III update. When you use two Hexerei characters in a team, these units gain special buffs and effects.

In the Luna III version, some units will get buffs to their base kit and constellations. However, they did not reveal the full effects of the new and buffed constellations, and we will have to wait for the Luna III update to learn more about them.

All Genshin Impact Hexerei character buffs in Luna III

1) Venti

With the recent Hexerei buffs, you can use Venti as an on-field DPS unit in the Luna III version. Here are all the buffs to Venti's base kit and constellations that will be implemented in the Luna III version:

• After Venti activates his Elemental Burst, his Normal Attacks are transformed into Windsunder Arrows that deal increased Anemo damage.
• When the active character triggers a Swirl reaction, the damage of the character and Stormeye will be increased.
• The targeting for Venti's Elemental Burst will also be optimized in the Luna III version.
• Furthermore, Venti's constellations will have special effects that increase the party-wide Anemo DMG bonus, have enhanced Resistance reduction effects, additional damage buffs, Crit damage buffs, an Elemental Skill CD reset, and tracking arrow effects.

2) Klee

Klee will also receive special buffs to some of her constellations and other skills. Here are all the Klee buffs announced by the Genshin Impact developers:

• Klee will automatically unleash her special Charged Attacks while using her Normal Attacks during her Elemental Burst.
• Klee will gain special Boom Badge stacks that increase the damage of her Charged Attack.
• Her constellations have also been buffed, and she gets an ATK increase, additional damage buffs, Pyro DMG boost, and one of her constellations also decreases opponents' DEF.
• Her Normal Attacks animations will be faster in the Luna III version.

Genshin Impact has also announced new buffs for Mona, that will extend the duration of her Elemental Burst and allow her to provide more Vaporize buffs. Here are all the changes to Mona's base kit and constellations announced by the developers:

• Mona's Normal and Charged Attacks will increase the damage from the Vaporize reaction and will also extend the duration of her Elemental Burst state (Omen state).
• Mona will gain the following effects with her constellations: Hydro Reaction DMG buffs, Crit DMG buffs, she will also give an EM boost to the whole party, and will also deal increased damage to opponents during her Elemental Burst.

4) Albedo

Albedo received huge buffs to his base kit, which could potentially increase his DPS by a considerable amount. Furthermore, his Constellations were also re-worked, and he will receive these buffs in the upcoming Genshin Impact Luna III version:

• After Albedo's Elemental Skill hits enemies, it can create a special Silver Isotoma near enemies. The Silver Isotoma provides damage buffs to the whole party, and up to two different Silver Isotomas can stay on-field. These special Isotomas cannot be destroyed and will have the same effect as his Elemental Skill if the summon created by this ability is destroyed.
• Silver Isotomas will increase the damage dealt by Albedo's Coordination attack, Transient Blossom.
• Albedo's constellations will increase the damage of his Transient Blossom attacks, provide an additional Plunging Attack bonus, and special Elemental Burst DMG buffs.

5) Fischl

With the new Hexerei buffs, you can get special buffs when you use Fischl in Electro-Charged, Lunar-Charged, and Overloaded team compositions. Here are all the new Fischl buffs announced by the developers for the Genshin Impact Luna III update:

• When Oz is on the field, and the Overloaded Reaction is triggered, the ATK stat of the active character and Fischl will be increased.
• When you trigger the Electro-Charged or Lunar-Charged Reaction while Oz is on the field, the EM of the active character and Fischl will be increased.
• Fischl's Constellation 6 will also gain new effects with the Hexerei buffs.

6) Sucrose

Sucrose is an excellent 4-star support unit in Genshin Impact, providing valuable EM buffs to the team. The developers have also added additional buffs to her base kit and constellations, and the details regarding them are given below:

• After using her Elemental Skill, the damage dealt by the whole party's Normal, Charged, Plunging Attacks, Elemental Skill, and Burst will be increased by 5.71428%.
• After using her Elemental Burst, the damage dealt by Hexerei characters' Normal, Charged, Plunging Attacks, Elemental Skill, and Burst will be increased by 7.14285%.
• Her C6 also gains a similar effect, and when her Elemental Burst triggers an Elemental conversion, all Hexerei characters in the team gain an additional 8.57142% Elemental DMG bonus.

7) Razor

Razor is also getting specific buffs to his Elemental Burst and Constellations. These are all the Razor buffs that will be implemented in the Genshin Impact Luna III version:

• During Razor's Elemental Burst, if the Electro Sigils generated by his Elemental Skill overflow, he will deal additional instances of AoE Electro DMG and will regain a specific amount of his Elemental Energy.
• The damage dealt by his summon generated during his Elemental Burst, The Wolf Within, will be increased.
• After unlocking C6, you can easily gain more Electro Sigil stacks, and after consuming these stacks, Razor's Crit rate and Crit damage will be increased for a particular duration.
