How to get all free cosmetics in Where Winds Meet

As of this writing, there are multiple clothing sets and individual outfits in Where Winds Meet that you can obtain without spending either the gacha currency or real money. Each one has a condition associated with it. Upon fulfilling it, you can get the item for free and use it to customize your character.

Humble Hero	Reach level 61 of the Path of the Strong Event.
Blazing Midnight	Join the Midnight Blades Sect and purchase from the Sect shop.
Heavenly Frost	Join the Well of Heaven Sect and purchase from the Sect shop.
Silent Current	Join the Silver Needle Sect and purchase from the Sect shop.
Ninefold Freedom	Join the Nine Mortal Ways Sect and purchase from the Sect shop.
Sound of Valor	Reach level 5 exploration in Qinghe.
Opulent Grace	Reach level 5 exploration in Kaifeng.
Penstroke Posy	Advance in the Scholar Profession.
Art of Healing	Advance in the Healer Profession.
Flawed Harmony	Reach Partnership level 3.
Yaksha	Gather Sin Leaf from Perception Forest and then purchase from the Sin Leaf Exchange.

Alms Pilgrim	Complete Hero & Beauty encounter near the Bloomveil Monastery Outpost in Qinghe.
Forgotten	Get the Lifetime Lockup and Behind Bard Blues achievements.

Most of the free sets in the game require you to either explore the various regions, reach certain milestones, or access a Sect's shop. Additionally, you can get one of them during the Heaven Has No Pier story quest.
