India are coming on the back of a 1-2 defeat in their previous ODI series against Australia Down Under. However, they won the final match and have done well in the format in the recent past. On the other hand, South Africa also lost their previous ODI series against Pakistan 2-1.

Therefore, both teams will be keen to bounce back and win the series when they face each other. The second ODI will be played on December 3 in Raipur, while the final game will be played on December 6 in Visakhapatnam.
