Sanju Samson held on to a sky-high catch to help India dismiss David Miller in the fifth T20I against South Africa in Ahmedabad on Friday, December 19. With the catch, the hosts reduced the Proteas to 154/6 while chasing 232. Miller departed for 18 runs off 14 deliveries.

The dismissal came in the 15th over of the Proteas’ chase. Arshdeep Singh bowled a back-of-a-length delivery, and Miller was cramped for room. The extra bounce did the trick as Miller attempted a pull shot but got it high on the ball, which went straight up in the sky. Samson called for the catch, took a few yards towards his left, and then put in a dive to complete the catch in the end.
