Chennai Super Kings (CSK) shared a video on their social media handles, welcoming wicketkeeper-batter Sanju Samson. The former Rajasthan Royals (RR) captain also donned the CSK jersey for the first time in the video that was released on Tuesday, November 18.Samson made waves by trading RR for the five-time Indian Premier League (IPL) winners earlier this week. He has scored three centuries and 26 half-centuries in his IPL career and struck at a rate of 139. Samson has hit 379 boundaries and 219 sixes with the bat. He will now move back to western India after spending 12 fruitful years at the Chepauk.Samson, in turn, is expected to lead Chennai's top order with the bat and also offer an alternate captaincy option to the incumbent Ruturaj Gaikwad. The India international represented RR for 11 years.
