The right-handed batter went deep in his crease on the first delivery and sent the ball high towards the leg side.David covered significant ground, running in from deep backward square leg, and held on to the chance. The team kept losing wickets consistently, setting Australia a target of 168 in the end.The highest partnership of their innings was of 56 runs between openers Gill and Abhishek Sharma.
