LSG Retention List IPL 2026: Full list of players retained by Lucknow Super Giants, Price tags in INR, and Purse remaining

The Rishabh Pant-led Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) have retained 19 players ahead of the IPL 2026 auction. Skipper Pant and another wicketkeeper-batter, Nicholas Pooran, were the costliest retentions at INR 27 and INR 21 crore, respectively. LSG also continued their trust in promising fast bowler Mayank Yadav for a whopping INR 11 crore despite him playing just two matches last year. They have also retained Avesh Khan for INR 9.75 crore.

Ayush Badoni was a big name among uncapped players in their IPL 2026 retentions list. The Delhi-born player has been retained for INR 4 crore. Promising leg-spinner Digvesh Rathi has also been retained for a base price.

Apart from Pooran, openers Aiden Markram (INR 2 crore) and Mitchell Marsh (INR 3.40) were notable retentions among overseas players.

Notably, the Super Giants have acquired Mohammad Shami and Arjun Tendulkar via trade and transfer deals from SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Mumbai Indians (MI), respectively. The duo has arrived for their existing price of INR 10 crore and INR 30 lakh, respectively.

The big players who were released from the side were Ravi Bishnoi (INR 11 crore), Akash Deep (INR 8 crore), and David Miller (INR 7.5 crore). Shamar Joseph (INR 75 lakh) was another big release.

It's worth mentioning that LSG finished seventh in the IPL 2025 points table, managing six wins in 14 matches.
