KKR Squad IPL 2026: Complete Kolkata Knight Riders Player List with Prices in INR after IPL 2026 Auction

Three-time champions Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) were expectedly among the most active during the IPL 2026 auction on December 16. Coming into the bidding war with the highest purse of ₹64.30 crore, having released nine players in the off-season, KKR flexed its muscles by acquiring several marquee names.

It was no surprise that the franchise went all-out for Australian all-rounder Cameron Green as their first buy in the auction. After going through a long bidding war with the Rajasthan Royals (RR) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK), KKR finally landed Green for ₹25.20 crore, which is an all-time high for an overseas player.

Even with the massive signing, there was no stopping them from churning out big money as they acquired Sri Lankan pacer Matheesha Pathirana for ₹18 crore, the second highest of the 2026 auction. The 2024 champions further bolstered their death-bowling by acquiring Bangladesh left-arm seamer Mustafizur Rahman for ₹9.20 crore.

The three massive overseas buys were followed by the acquisition of uncapped Indian batter Tejasvi Singh for ₹3 crore. KKR went back to the overseas players, acquiring the New Zealand trio of Rachin Ravindra, Finn Allen, and Tim Seifert for a combined ₹5.50 crore.

Capped Indian players, Akash Deep and Rahul Tripathi, were sold to KKR for ₹1 crore and ₹75 lakh, respectively. The franchise completed their bidding at the auction with four consecutive uncapped player signings of ₹30 Lakh each in Daksh Kamra, Sarthak Ranjan, Prashant Solanki, and Kartik Tyagi.

Overall, KKR spent 124.55 of their allotted ₹125 crore and maximised their squad strength with 25 players, including eight overseas players.
