Indian legend Sunil Gavaskar proposed a plan for singing with Women's cricket star Jemimah Rodrigues after the World Cup 2025 victory. India defeated South Africa by 52 runs in the final on Sunday, November 2, to clinch their maiden ICC trophy.Sunil Gavaskar had promised Jemimah Rodrigues a jam session if India would win the Women's World Cup 2025. After the historic win, Jemimah reminded Gavaskar of his promise and asked if he was ready.“Hi Sunil Gavaskar, sir. I saw your message and you said that if India wins the World Cup, we’ll sing a song together. I am ready with my guitar, hope you are ready with your mic. The Indian legend stated that he was at the stadium during the final, but did not have the accreditation to be in their dressing room."Hi Jemimah.
