The much anticipated final player list for the IPL 2026 auction was released earlier this week. It has been confirmed that exactly 350 players will be up for grabs at the mini-auction, which will take place in Abu Dhabi on December 16.
While 350 players have been shortlisted to go under the hammer, the initial long-list featured 1,390 players. The final IPL 2026 auction list of 350 cricketers features 240 Indian players and 110 overseas names. The pool includes 224 uncapped Indian cricketers and 14 uncapped overseas cricketers. Further, there are 16 capped Indian players and 96 capped overseas cricketers in the final auction list.
At the mini-auction, the 10 franchises will battle it out to fill up 77 available slots, with 31 of the spots being reserved for overseas cricketers. Players have registered themselves in eight categories, with ₹2 crore being the highest price bracket and ₹30 lakh being the lowest.
