India are all set to face off against South Africa in the third and final ODI in Vizag on Saturday, December 6. The series is currently all square at 1-1.

India have fielded an unchanged playing XI in the two games so far, and while a few players haven't come to the party yet, they don't have much scope to change things. Giving the same players another opportunity would likely be a good idea for the Men in Blue.

India squad for the South Africa ODI series: KL Rahul (c), Rohit Sharma, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Virat Kohli, Tilak Varma, Rishabh Pant, Washington Sundar, Ravindra Jadeja, Kuldeep Yadav, Nitish Kumar Reddy, Harshit Rana, Ruturaj Gaikwad, Prasidh Krishna, Arshdeep Singh, Dhruv Jurel.

On that note, here is India's predicted playing XI for the third ODI against South Africa.

Yashasvi Jaiswal has looked out of touch at the top of the order, but India seem primed to give him another chance. The left-hander will open the batting alongside Rohit Sharma, who has appeared to be in good nick despite failing to deliver in the previous game.

Middle Order: Virat Kohli, Ruturaj Gaikwad, KL Rahul (c & wk), Ravindra Jadeja, Washington Sundar

There are options India can deploy in the middle order. Tilak Varma, Dhruv Jurel and Nitish Kumar Reddy have been warming the bench, while Rishabh Pant is another interesting choice. However, an unchanged playing XI could be on the cards.

Virat Kohli and Ruturaj Gaikwad will feature in the top four, with KL Rahul and Ravindra Jadeja manning important roles in the middle order. Washington Sundar has been subpar with both bat and ball, but an extended net session on the eve of the match suggests that India might persist with the talented all-rounder.

Lower Order: Kuldeep Yadav, Harshit Rana, Arshdeep Singh, Prasidh Krishna

Prasidh Krishna went for a few runs in the last game, but without any backup pacers on the bench, changes might not be possible. India can't afford to make the bowling attack worse by dropping Prasidh, with dew on the cards in Vizag as well.

Harshit Rana and Arshdeep Singh will be the other two fast bowlers, with Kuldeep Yadav leading the spin unit.
