India returned to winning ways in the third T20I against South Africa in Dharamsala on Sunday, December 14. The Men in Blue came out on top by seven wickets to take a 2-1 lead in the five-match series.
India, who won the toss, elected to field first and turned in an excellent bowling display. All six bowling options were among the wickets as the Proteas were bowled out for just 117. The hosts chased down the total comfortably with more than four overs to spare.
On that note, here are India's player ratings from the third T20I against South Africa.
IND vs SA 2025, 3rd T20I: Bowlers deliver in Dharamsala

Abhishek Sharma: 7.5/10
Abhishek played a sizzling cameo to ensure that there were no hiccups in the chase. The left-hander hit three fours and as many sixes in his knock, with his first-over assault setting the tone.
Shubman Gill: 3/10
Gill looked completely out of sorts in Dharamsala. His feet moved nowhere, and the South African pacers managed to find just about every part of both edges of his bat.
Suryakumar Yadav: 4/10
Suryakumar struck a couple of boundaries, but he failed to deliver once again. India will be very concerned with the form of their captain.
Tilak Varma: 5/10
Tilak came in at No. 3 and meandered along, finishing on an unbeaten 34-ball 26. It was a knock that didn't serve a greater purpose.
Kuldeep Yadav: 6.5/10
Playing instead of Axar Patel, Kuldeep picked up a couple of wickets in his second and final over. He didn't play a central role with the ball.
Hardik Pandya: 6.5/10
Hardik used the movement on offer to help himself to the wicket of Tristan Stubbs. He wasn't required with the bat.
Jitesh Sharma: 6/10
Jitesh had an understated game, without much to do. His DRS calls were hot and cold.
Varun Chakaravarthy: 9/10
Varun turned in an excellent display, holding tight lines and lengths throughout his four overs. He finished with two wickets and conceded runs at an economy rate under three.
Shivam Dube: 7.5/10
Like Hardik, Dube used the movement on offer to great effect. He used the wobble delivery to pick up a wicket and got the ball to talk. The tall left-hander even got to hit the winning runs in stylish fashion.
Harshit Rana: 7.5/10
Harshit bowled an excellent new-ball spell, pitching it slightly fuller and trying to get the ball to swing. His two wickets in the powerplay broke the back of the South African top order, although he did go for a few runs in his final over.
Arshdeep Singh: 8/10
Arshdeep bounced back from a disastrous showing in Mullanpur to be adjudged the Player of the Match. The left-armer swung the ball both ways and finished with two wickets, conceding just 13 runs in his four-over spell. He dropped a tough catch in the deep.
