USC coach Lincoln Riley appeared to shut down any rumors of leaving the program to potentially coach at Florida. After the Trojans' practice on Tuesday, Riley was asked if he plans to stay with the Trojans amid the rumors, and he made a strong commitment.

"Oh yeah, 100 percent. Like I said before, I’m right where I’m supposed to be," Riley said. "I think nothing other than what we're building ... I love being here."

However, fans on social media poked fun at Riley's comments about his commitment to USC.

"Be realistic...ain't nobody calling this dude to coach anywhere," one wrote.

"The new Lane this week?" another added.

"Where would he even go," a third commented.

According to reports, Riley signed a 10-year, $110 million contract with USC before the 2022 season. He has posted a 34-17 overall record since then.

This season, the No. 17 Trojans (8-3) have a slim chance of making the College Football Playoff. USC lost to Oregon on Saturday, which dealt a big blow to its playoff hopes.

Lincoln Riley's USC will face the UCLA Bruins (3-8, 3-5 Big Ten) in Week 14 of the 2025 college football season on Saturday. The game will kick off at 7:30 p.m. ET from the LA Memorial Coliseum in Los Angeles.

The Bruins are on a four-game losing streak. The Trojans will aim to post a big win against UCLA and hope that teams ahead of them in the CFP ranking lose to potentially get a playoff berth.
