ESPN analyst Kirk Herbstreit arrived in Lubbock, Texas, for Week 11 of "College GameDay" along with his dog, Peter. In a heartwarming video that has been doing the rounds on social media, Herbstreit and Peter were seen greeting the crowd that was gathered near the "GameDay" set.

Some also had interesting reactions to Herbstreit and Peter's video in Lubbock.

"This guy was cloning his dogs long before TB12 ever did," one tweeted in reference to Brady cloning his late pet Lua using her blood to create his dog Junie.

"Two guys in polos bringing the hype to a random college town," another added.

"Love Peter. These folks that bash you & Peter tells me all I need to know is about them!" a third commented.

Others were not too pleased with Herbstreit bringing Peter on the "College GameDay" set in Lubbock.

"Enough with the dogs, Herbstreit, give it a rest," one wrote.
"This charade is stupid as f," another added.

Herbstreit often brings Peter to accompany him while he joins the "College GameDay" crew.

Prior to Peter, Herbstreit used to bring his dog Ben, who died last year, to the ESPN set.

On Friday, Kirk Herbstreit appeared on the "Pat McAfee Show" and made a bold claim that No. 6 Oregon (7-1, 4-1 Big Ten) will lose to Iowa (6-2, 4-1 Big Ten) in Week 11 on Saturday.

"Oregon loses Saturday," Herbstreit said.

Herbstreit then backed his prediction.

"I'm telling you, we all love Dan Lanning, we all love the Ducks and their potential, but there's just something about certain teams that go to Iowa in November," Herbstreit said. "The only blessing they have is that it's not a night game. If it were a night game it'd be a given it was a loss."

The Iowa-Oregon game will kick off at 3:30 p.m. ET from Kinnick Stadium in Iowa City, Iowa. Fans can watch the game live on CBS and livestream it on Fubo or Paramount+.
