Lethal Equipment in Black Ops 7 Zombies are throwable or placeable items designed to kill or heavily damage zombies. You get to select one Lethal Equipment item in your loadout before a match begins. Once in the game, however, you can purchase any Lethal Equipment you want from the Crafting Table using the required Salvage. Additionally, you can find Lethal Equipment randomly dropped by eliminated zombies or by opening reward chests.

Brief description of all Lethal Equipment
- Frag Grenade: This is a cookable grenade that explodes after it is fully cooked. Make sure to throw it before the cooking timer completes.
- Sticky Grenade: This item can be thrown, and wherever it lands, it sticks. It then explodes after a short delay.
- Cluster Grenade: When this grenade is thrown, it detonates and releases scattered pieces that result in multiple mini-explosions.
- Combat Axe: This is a throwable axe that can kill most zombies in one hit. You can pick it up again after use, granting it unlimited usage.
- Point Turret: You can deploy this item, and it will automatically shoot at zombies while also distracting them.
- C4: This can be thrown and remotely detonated to cause a large explosion and significant damage.
- Molotov: When thrown, this creates a patch of flames in the impact area and a specific radius, dealing burn damage to any zombies that pass through it.
