India‘s Team Orangutan slips to 10th spot after PMGC 2025 Gauntlet Day 2

Team Orangutan from India slipped to 10th after a series of poor performances on Day 2 of the PMGC 2025 Gauntlet. The Aaru-led squad failed to remain consistent, collecting a meagre 22 points in six matches on Tuesday. The squad has accumulated 65 points in the initial 12 games and will aim to improve its ranking on the third and final day.

ThunderTalk remains first in the overall standings after Day 2 of the PMGC Gauntlet Stage. The Chinese squad has amassed 120 points and three Chicken Dinners. Kara from Turkey rose to second with 112 points after phenomenal performances on Day 2. Madbulls sat third with 99 points and two Chicken Dinners.

The Gauntlet Stage of the PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC) 2025 features a total of 18 games. The remaining six matches will take place on November 26, 2025. Teams sitting first to seventh will earn a spot in the Grand Finals. The remaining nine squads will progress to the Group Stage.

Orangutan collected only three points in the first game of Day 2. The team grabbed five points in the second encounter but lost a crucial fight against R8 Esports. The Indian squad played well in the third game and earned 10 important points, including four kills.

Moving into the fourth encounter, Orangutan struggled and failed to secure a single point. The team also suffered a disappointing run in the fifth and sixth matches, settling for a total of four points. After Day 2, the team finished 10th with 65 points, amassing 37 eliminations in 12 games.

Regnum Carya, the PMGO 2025 champions, had a good run on Day 2 and jumped to 12th place with 60 points. Popular Mongolian squad Alpha Gaming had a disappointing run in the first two days of the PMGC 2025, landing 15th with only 39 points. Further down, Geekay slipped to 16th with 26 points.
