The Toronto Raptors and the Philadelphia 76ers will face each other on Wednesday at the Xfinity Mobile Arena. This will be their second meeting this season, with the last game yielding a 130-120 win for the 76ers.
That was Toronto’s last loss, and this matchup brings a sense of déjà vu. Just like their previous trip to Philly, the Raptors enter riding a four-game winning streak. The 76ers, meanwhile, have gone 2–2 since that clash and will be looking to get back in the win column after their loss on Monday.
This game will also test the resilience of both rosters, with each team taking the floor after playing just the night before.

Toronto Raptors vs. Philadelphia 76ers preview
After a rough 2-4 start, the Toronto Raptors have turned things around in November and head to Philadelphia carrying one of the East’s longest win streaks. They’ve dropped only one game this month and boast an impressive 7-1 record.
Their growing success has been due to their offensive abilities. The Raptors have the 10th-best scoring figure in the NBA, averaging 119.8 points per game, and are ranked in the top three for the most chances created.
They’re also one of the most balanced teams in the league, refusing to lean on a single scorer. Brandon Ingram has been their top performer at 20.9 ppg, but Scottie Barnes (19.4 ppg) and RJ Barrett (19.1 ppg) have matched his impact.
On the other hand, the Philadelphia 76ers have experienced an opposite trajectory to the Raptors. After a strong 4-1 start, they’ve stumbled through November with a 4-4 record and have yet to string together consecutive wins.
Their middling results this month are mirrored in their on-court production. The 76ers rank 15th in scoring, with 118.5 ppg, and 15th in defense, allowing 115.9 ppg, the definition of an inconsistent team.
Additionally, the Sixers have leaned heavily on Tyrese Maxey, who has been their standout performer, averaging 32.5 points and 7.7 assists per game. Their next-best scorer is Quentin Grimes, contributing 16.8 ppg off the bench.
The 76ers head into Wednesday’s matchup with the heavier injury burden, missing Joel Embiid, Kelly Oubre Jr., Paul George and Adem Bona. Toronto, meanwhile, could be without Collin Murray-Boyles, while Ochai Agbaji has been ruled out for the trip to Philadelphia.
