Giannis Antetokounmpo's Milwaukee Bucks suffered a major injury setback on Friday. The franchise announced that Kevin Porter Jr., who is currently on a two-year, $10,524,700 deal, is ruled out for approximately four weeks, owing to a right knee meniscus injury.

Porter sustained the injury during his on-court return-to-play training on Thursday. The talented guard will undergo a minor orthopedic procedure, which will sideline him for multiple weeks.

Kevin Porter Jr. played for the Bucks in the opening-night game against the Washington Wizards. The 6-foot-5 guard suffered a left ankle sprain and missed four consecutive games. He played nine minutes against the Wizards and delivered a solid performance. He finished with 10 points on 3 of 5 shooting, including 2 of 3 from deep, along with two assists and one steal.

The injury setback to Porter couldn't have come at a worse time for the Bucks. There are concerns over the health of Giannis Antetokounmpo, who missed the previous game with left knee soreness. Milwaukee has opened the season with four wins in five games, but to sustain its momentum, the team must avoid further injuries.

Rollins has played terrific basketball to start the season. In the previous game, he dropped 32 points against the Golden State Warriors and took the Bucks to a win in the absence of Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Rollins would need to keep his foot on the accelerator and keep the Bucks' offense rolling by supporting Antetokounmpo. Meanwhile, the Bucks fans would also hope that Porter doesn't suffer any further setbacks while recovering from his latest injury.
