Bobby Witt Jr., Salvador Perez and the Kansas City Royals will be looking to get back into the playoffs in 2026

Despite Bobby Witt Jr. and Salvador Perez's best efforts, the Kansas City Royals endured a disappointing season in 2025. The two-time World Series champions finished third in their division, the AL Central, with a 82-80 record, finishing five games behind the top three in the AL wildcard.
