Wives of Alex Bregman, Carlos Rodon react as Garrett Crochet’s spouse Rachel shares adorable snaps of daughter Colette with heartwarming note

It has been a year filled with big decisions and major changes for Garrett Crochet and his wife, Rachel. The starter completed his first season at his new club, the Boston Red Sox, after signing a six-year $170 million contract with the team last offseason. He finished the year in second place for the American League Cy Young voting behind Detroit Tigers' Tarik Skubal.

While they adjusted to the change in their settings, after Crochet played all of his career in Chicago with the White Sox, Rachel had announced the couple was expecting in July of this year. The couple announced the birth of their firstborn on November 7.

Taking to Instagram on Sunday, Rachel shared a carousel post showcasing how her life has been different over the past few weeks. The slides contained heartwarming pictures of their daughter, Collette, and also featured snaps of the family's husky pet dog, Moose. The cover picture saw Rachel and Collete share a beautiful embrace.

"Life looks a little different lately," Rachel Crochet wrote as caption.

Rachel's post garnered reactions from fellow MLB WAGs, Reagan Bregman, Alex Bregman's wife, and Ashley Rodon, Carlos Rodon's wife.

"Omg 🥹 congratulations 💓," Reagan wrote.

"🥹🤍," Ashley commented.

Bregman shared the locker room with Crochet during the 2025 season, both newcomers to the city of Boston. Rodon was an established starter at the White Sox when Crochet made his debut during the 2020 season.

The post saw further reactions from fellow MLB wives, including Connor Wong's wife, Daniella, Michael Kopech's wife, Morgan, and Tanner Banks' wife, Chandler.

Kopech and Banks shared the clubhouse with Crochet with the White Sox while Connor Wong was his teammate in Boston.

During their announcement on November 7, Rachel got a similar outpouring of emotion in her comments from her friends from the baseball community. She and her husband have been together since their time at the University of Tennessee. The couple got engaged in February 2021 before tying the knot later that year.
