Los Angeles Dodgers reliever Alex Vesia and his wife, Kayla Vesia's heartbreaking announcement of losing their baby daughter saw an outpouring of global support for the family. The family was struck with the tragedy in late October, when the Dodgers were in the thick of the postseason.Alex Vesia had taken an unexplained leave of absence from the Dodgers from their World Series roster against the Toronto Blue Jays. The speculation ended when, via an Instagram announcement on Friday, Alex and Kayla shared the devastating news with the rest of the world.The couple posted a black and white photo holding the tiny hands of their daughter, Sterling Sol.“Our little angel we love you forever & you're with us always," Vesia wrote. "Our beautiful daughter went to heaven Sunday October 26th.
