Tyler Glasnow and Meghan Murphy tie the knot in a breathtaking seaside wedding ceremony straight out of a fairytale

What began as a story of exchanging numbers on a baseball field received a fairytale update on Sunday as LA Dodgers ace Tyler Glasnow and Meghan Murphy tied the knot in what appears to be a beachside wedding.

On Sunday, Meghan shared snapshots of their wedding celebrations from the beach. The couple exchanged vows in a seaside ceremony. Meghan is dressed in a flowing white gown and veil, as she stood hand-in-hand with Glasnow, who was in a light suit with white sneakers on.

The night before their wedding saw the couple enjoy fireworks from a distance. The celebration continued as guests gathered in an infinity-style pool, watching a breathtaking sunset.

Earlier, it was reported by several publications that Tyler Glasnow and Meghan Murphy will tie the knot after the postseason. Last month, Glasnow won his second straight World Series with the Dodgers.

Glasnow and Meghan Murphy's romantic story is straight out of a movie. In 2021, while Glasnow was with the Tampa Bay Rays, he spotted Murphy in the stands. He told a teammate to zoom in on her, wrote his phone number on a baseball, and threw it up to her, assuming she would text him back. Instead, the following day, Meghan threw the ball back to the pitcher, giving her number and asking him to text her.

Since then, the two have grown in their relationship which received a big update over the weekend.

Moreover, during a podcast interview with Chris Rose in March, Tyler Glasnow surprised Chris Rose by revealing that he got engaged in August last year.

"She's my fiancée now too," Glasnow said, via 'The Chris Rose Rotation.' "That happened a while ago. Yeah, that happened in August last year, and then we'll get married in November coming up. Lots of stuff going on."

At the time, Glasnow revealed his future goals.

"Thank you, dude," Glasnow said. "Yeah, I was nervous when I did it, but it was super fun. I'm glad we did it. Now we're just planning it all for the future, got the wedding, then life, then kids, and all that stuff."

Now the couple will begin the 2026 as official husband and wife.
