Tyler Glasnow's fiancee Meghan Murphy gives sneak peek of their dreamy wedding venue ahead of D-Day

Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Tyler Glasnow and Meghan Murphy's D-day has arrived as the couple were set to be married on Saturday, November 15. The two hosted their friends at a destination wedding offshores at a private island in Turks and Caicos.

Murphy reshared pictures posted to Instagram by her friends on Saturday. Two of the stories featured the breathtaking landscape of the island. Turks and Caicos, a British overseas territory, is located southeast of Bahamas in the Atlantic Ocean.

In August in conversation with Chris Rose of Talkin' Baseball, Glasnow had talked about the plans of their intimate destination wedding. Glasnow stated he hosts a yearly offseason getaway for his friends. This time around he was also inviting them to a party.

"I usually do one of those every off season," Glasnow had said. "Try to get like a really cool place and get like your friends to come along. You have to do like, buy a travel and it's fun. It's very fun for me and Meghan and my friends from however long I've had friends, so it's cool."

Glasnow and Murphy have been together since 2021 after a Hollywood-like meet cute. During an MLB game that season, while still with the Tampa Bay Rays, the starter had noticed Murphy in the front row seats. He sent a bat boy with a ball that had his number. Murphy came back the next day and in similar fashion exchanged numbers with Glasnow, and the rest was history.

Murphy could also be seen posing for a picture with her friend, Nicole Auld Rogers. Murphy wore a white bikini piece with crocheted pants over it on the deck of a boat.

On Friday night, she had reposted a story with her to-be-husband in the same outfit. Glasnow and Murphy were seen embracing in front of a beautiful sunset.

Getting married would be the perfect way to cap off yet another successful year for Glasnow who won back-to-back championships with the Los Angeles Dodgers and will be receving his first ring as he was part of the postseason rotation this year. During the postseason, he pitched to a 1.69 ERA in 21.1 innings in the playoffs with 25 strikeouts.
